We have resumed our tours though are operating at a reduced capacity following the recommendations of the Governor and local government.
The safety and health of our employees and guests is always at the forefront of decision making.
We are actively following the advice of the CDC, local Government and the Passenger Vessel Association (PVA). The following measures are currently in place:– We have voluntarily reduced our capacity to 50% (65 passengers),– We now only accept credit card payment for onboard purchases,– Passengers are encouraged to wear masks while boarding, inside vessels interior, moving about the vessel and when unable to social distance on the vessels exterior. For those who forget their masks, we will make some available for purchase,
– Cleaning and disinfecting is happening on the boat, before/during/after each trip. In addition, we are using an electric fogger atomizer to apply VitalOxide throughout the vessel, an EPA approved hospital grade disinfectant ,– Hand sanitizer is available on the boat – in addition we have fully operational restrooms with sinks, soap and running water,– Employees have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling any respiratory or flu-related symptoms, and;

We have amended our Cancellation policy to add flexibility to our customers – if you feel sick, are experiencing flu-like symptoms, including a fever, cough or trouble breathing, please call us at 772-225-2100 to reschedule your cruise for a future date in 2020. If you are unable to join us in 2020 we will be providing customers with a Gift Card for use at your convenience. In addition, for your personal safety if you are unable to join us on a scheduled cruise we are offering rebooking or gift cards to all guests – please call us at 772-225-2100.

The Island Princess departs from The Hutchinson Island Marriott Marina located at 555 NE Ocean Blvd Stuart FL 34996. Our office and the Marina are located in the SW corner of the property.

Boarding time typically begins 15 minutes before departure. Please wait by the head of the dock until invited to board by a crew member.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.islandprincesscruises.com or by calling 772.225.2100 To board the vessel a confirmation email or printout is required for all passengers, this includes infants. Boarding will be by manifest, so please come to the vessel at boarding time.

It is recommended that our Guests leave ample time to find parking at the Marriott. Parking is available in any unmarked parking spot. On weekends and evenings additional parking may be found on the East side of the property by the bank.

No. No outside food or drink is allowed on board the vessel. Food items and beverages may be purchased from our on board bar which accepts all major credit cards.

Island Princess sails rain or shine. We encourage our Guests to dress for the weather. Our vessel has a fully enclosed and climate-controlled deck for your comfort.

On most of our public cruises seats are on a first come / first serve basis. On occasion, during some of our specialty cruises seats are assigned cabaret style.

Yes. The vessel is equipped with four restrooms on board. Two are outfitted with changing tables.

Our public cruise tickets are **non-refundable** once purchased. While tickets are non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate your request 72-hours prior to your departure time for a new cruise date within the calendar year of your original cruise date. We do not compensate for no-shows, late arrivals or weather.

Our crew is trained to help our guests navigate both our dock and our vessel and are prepared to assist. The Island Princess does have mobility limitations, so we recommend calling ahead for specific concerns at 772.225.2100

Due to our various food permits, we are unable to invite pets on board with the exception of service animals

Cruises vary in route and whether or not they are narrated.
Our 2-hour River Cruise, 2-hour Nature Cruise, 2-hour Brunch Cruise, 4.5-hour Lunch Cruise, 6-hour Locks Lunch Cruise are all narrated products.
All other cruises allow you to enjoy the majestic views and typically music selected by the vessels Captain and Crew.
