Trip Protection Policy
We understand, life happens. Trip Protection allows you to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund (less the trip protection fee) on the value of the cruise up to 48 hours before your departure time. It also allows you one opportunity to reschedule your cruise to any future cruise time with availability within one year of the original cruise date.
Trip Protection must be purchased at the time of booking for each guest on the reservation.
If you purchase Trip Protection and 1) Do not show up to your cruise without notifying us at least 48 hours before your departure or 2) Cancel with less than 48 hours before your departure, you will be charged for the value of your cruise. You will have the opportunity to reschedule to a future cruise time.

The Island Princess departs from the docks of Pirates Cove Resort and Marina located at 4307 SE Bayview Street Stuart FL 34997.

Boarding time typically begins 15 minutes before departure. Please congregate outside the Marina Office where you will see an Island Princess sign until invited to board by a crew member. We aim to depart promptly on-time so as a courtesy to other guests please arrive early to allow you ample time to find parking and our boarding location.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.islandprincesscruises.com or by calling 772.225.2100 To board the vessel a confirmation email or printout is required for all passengers, this includes infants. Boarding will be by manifest, so please come to the vessel at boarding time.

It is recommended that our Guests leave ample time to find parking at Pirates Cove Resort and Marina. Parking can be found across the street from the hotel at the corner of SE Mulford Lane and SE Bayview Street.
Additional parking can be found at the corner of SE Bayview Street and SE Park Drive.

No. No outside food or drink is allowed on board the vessel. Food items and beverages may be purchased from our on board bar which accepts all major credit cards.

Island Princess sails rain or shine. We encourage our Guests to dress for the weather. Our vessel has a fully enclosed and climate-controlled deck for your comfort. Our Captains constantly monitor the weather for the safety of our Guests. We do not allow for weather related rebookings or refunds.

On most of our public cruises seats are on a first come / first serve basis. On occasion, during some of our specialty cruises seats are assigned cabaret style.

Yes. The vessel is equipped with four restrooms on board. Two are outfitted with changing tables.

New for 2022 we are pleased to offer greater flexibility with Trip Protection.
Trip Protection offers peace of mind at a time that flexibility is more important than ever. How it works: If you need to rebook for any reason, we will issue you a credit for the value of your cruise to book a later date and time. Credits will be valid for up to one year after the original date of your cruise. There are no fees to rebook.
Without Trip Protection our public cruise tickets are **non-refundable** once purchased. We do not compensate for no-shows, late arrivals or weather.
Special events and theme cruises are non-refundable, and sales are final and no refunds or date changes will be made. We do not compensate for no-shows or late arrivals.
If you feel sick, are experiencing flu-like symptoms, including a fever, cough or trouble breathing, please call us at 772-225-2100. If you purchased Trip Protection we will gladly assist you to rebook.

Our crew is trained to help our guests navigate both our dock and our vessel and are prepared to assist. The Island Princess does have mobility limitations, so we recommend calling ahead for specific concerns at 772.225.2100

Due to our various food permits, we are unable to invite pets on board with the exception of service animals

Cruises vary in route and whether or not they are narrated.
Our 2-hour River Cruise, 2-hour Nature Cruise, 2-hour Brunch Cruise, 4.5-hour Lunch Cruise, 6-hour Locks Lunch Cruise are all narrated products.
All other cruises allow you to enjoy the majestic views and typically music selected by the vessels Captain and Crew.

They are allowed to accept gratuities and always appreciate any tips you decide to leave!

A $5.00 Port fee is added to all of our public cruise tickets to cover facility costs, such as parking etc.
